Kanin Tangchartsiri

Kanin (Yi) Tangchartsiri is a Dean's list Senior majoring in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on power electronics, automation, and manufacturing operations.

He has a background in the manufacturing sector from previous roles in Asia and is currently exploring opportunities in automation systems design for manufacturing and technology management.

Kanin is also keen on business plan modeling and incorporating engineering standards in production systems.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with prior high school education at St Andrews International School in Bangkok.

Throughout his academic journey, Kanin has been actively involved in various organizations such as Zero2One UIUC, where he serves as the Outreach Director.

He has also contributed as a Course Assistant for CS 225: Data Structures & Algorithms, an Electrical Engineering Intern at Black & Veatch, a Business Development Intern at Bitkub, and a Manufacturing Projects Intern at Stebel (Asia-Pacific) Limited.
