Kandice Horne is a highly experienced hotel manager with a strong track record of successfully overseeing staff and day-to-day operations. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from Monroe College, Kandice began her career in hospitality as a Sales Associate/Stylist with GUESS?, Inc. before quickly advancing to roles at David's Bridal and Tween Brands, where she served as a Brand Rep.

After sharpening her skills in customer service and sales, Kandice turned her sights to hotel management, first serving as an Administrative Assistant with Monroe College before transitioning to a Guest Services Supervisor position at Renaissance Westchester Hotel. From there, Kandice moved on to become a Front Office Manager with MCR Development LLC, where she was responsible for managing reception, reservations, and housekeeping departments. Kandice’s talent for managing a team and delivering excellent customer service are fundamental to her success in hospitality.

Kandice is not only dedicated to her profession but also passionate about her community. She is an active member of the global student organization Enactus, where she has worked on several community development projects aimed at promoting service and environmental awareness amongst local businesses. Kandice's strong networking and leadership skills have led to the completion of many successful projects.

Kandice's passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies is reflected in her ability to work with a range of software applications, including Adobe Suite. Kandice remains an asset to any organization that requires exceptional management and customer service skills.
