Responsible for whole aspects of implementation of overall cash transfer project in makeshift settlements and surrounding villages Cox’s Bazar. Planning, organizing, monitoring & supervision of the project activities and provide necessary recommendation for improvement.• Contribute Analysis and follow up the evolution of the food insecurity, market functionality and access in Cox’s Bazar District especially in the area where Rohingya refugee people are living.• To build the capacity local partner staffs for smooth implementation of the cash transfer project.• Beneficiary Targeting data base development• To set up monitoring mechanism for the project and regular feedback to management for decision-making• To take care of and support the logistical aspects in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program• Human resource and financial management• To participate in internal/external coordination meeting and ensure timely reporting on project activities• Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity

Program Manager Cash Transfer

The position will be responsible for overall project management and guidance of Field facilitators and Service Providers Association. S/he will provide strong leadership in the development and implementation of concepts, approaches, strategies, systemic constraints and interventions of Women Business Centre/Service Providers Association). S/he will responsible to identify relevant actors, develop an effective plan and implement interventions that enhance products’ competitiveness. S/he will also be responsible for building capacity of the Women Entrepreneurs/ Service provider Association in order to promote and strengthen service market. S/he will be responsible to ensure quality monitoring of project’s result and to build capacity of Field Facilitator in line with the new approaches and strategies of the project. S/he will be responsible to develop functional relationship and maintain regular liaison with the project partners, public and private sector organisations.Major responsibilities: •	Develop tools and guidelines to facilitate the process of service market development for the WBC/SPA•	Develop the capacity of the FF in line with the new approaches and strategies of the project•	Coordinate  and establish collaboration and maintain regular contact with public and private sector organisations•	Ensure value chain analysis and identify relevant value chain actors•	Plan and implement interventions, which enhance products’ competitiveness and value chain performance•	Knowledge management, monitoring and reporting•	Contribution in planning and coordination with other projects•	Ensure the running of WBC digitally.•	Make sure that Rural women are able to run Laptop for online services, mobile banking & other necessary internet browsing /online services.
