    Starting her career at GlaxoSmithKline during her dissertation, Kamila later led a groundbreaking initiative at Procter & Gamble Poland, facilitating a Pampers-UNICEF partnership to donate tetanus vaccines and aiding in the eradication of tetanus in Ethiopia. She then transitioned to Silicon Valley with Google, where she honed her skills at the prestigious Singularity University and focused on a medical technology project analyzing menstrual blood non-invasively.

    Recognized for her contributions, Kamila was the recipient of the MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35 Award. She further enriched her experience at ATAP, working under former DARPA director Regina Dugan, and joined X to spearhead a confidential medical and technological endeavor.

    With a decade-long tenure at Alphabet Inc., Kamila Staryga moved to Flo Health in 2019, concentrating on improving fertility prediction accuracy. She is passionate about empowering women through better understanding and managing their reproductive health, seeing it as a critical element impacting various facets of their lives.
