Kamal Agarwala, the Founder & CEO of Exactlly Group Of Companies, began his professional journey in 1991 with a vision and passion to excel.

In 1997, he established La Exactlly Software Pvt. Ltd. and focused on the software product 'EXACTLLY', becoming an early advocate of software products.

EXACTLLY now boasts over 40,000 users in 17 countries, a testament to Kamal's foresight and commitment.

Kamal is known for his hands-on approach, often referring to himself as the 'Captain of the Team', leading the development and implementation of ERP, CRM, and HRMS solutions for major corporations like Du Pont India, Pioneer Inc., and Sharekhan.

His dedication and exceptional contributions have earned him accolades, such as being recognized as a 'Partner In Success' by Pioneer DuPont.

Kamal's innovative ideas and tech-savvy nature have propelled his business to global success, with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Oman.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kamal is an avid sports enthusiast and has excelled as a badminton player for over a decade.

Currently, Kamal serves as the Chairman of NASSCOM ERPC and has played a pivotal role in establishing incubation centers in Kolkata in partnership with NASSCOM and the Government of West Bengal.

He is also actively involved as a Charter Member of TiE Kolkata and serves on the steering committee of IIIT, Kalyani.

Kamal's academic background includes studying at the University of Calcutta.
