Kalilah Moon is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact in the community.
With a solid background in Youth & Workforce Development, Facilitation, and Program Development, Kalilah has honed her skills through various roles in different organizations.
Kalilah pursued further education to enhance her expertise, including Executive Leadership Certification from Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, an MS in Nonprofit Management from The New School, and a BA in Sociology from Langston University.
Her professional journey includes serving as the Executive Director at DRIVE CHANGE, INC., as an Independent Consultant-Facilitator, and in leadership roles at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, Episcopal Social Services, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, A Safe Place, Flourish Agenda, Inc., and Ujima.
Kalilah's commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals is evident through her extensive experience in guiding youth, developing programs, and facilitating opportunities for career advancement.
