Throughout her career, Kaity has held various key roles in renowned organizations such as Live Nation Entertainment, AKT Enterprises, and The Syndicate.

Her experience includes being a Project Coordinator for National Touring Clubs + Theaters, an Artist Account Coordinator, Artist Relations/Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Radio Marketing and Promotion at different points in time.

Kaity has also interned at notable companies like Photo Finish Records, Atlantic Records, and Doghouse Records/Working Group Artist Management, where she gained valuable insights and hands-on experience in the music business.

Additionally, she served as a Music Director and Summer Ops Manager at Fredonia Radio Systems.
