Kaitlyn Powell

Kaitlyn Powell is a well-educated and accomplished professional with a background in business development, talent management, and creative partnerships. She studied at the McIntire School of Commerce, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. Prior to her education, she attended Magruder High School.

Powell has held numerous esteemed positions throughout her career, most recently serving as the Director of Business Development at Bright. She was previously the Head of Talent and Head of Creative Partnerships at Caffeine, as well as a Business Development & CAA Ventures Executive at Creative Artists Agency, where she also completed the Executive Training Program and worked as a Business Development Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Before that, she worked as a Page at NBCUniversal, Inc. and as an Intern at WME (William Morris Endeavor) and Pixar Animation Studios.

Powell has a diverse background in media, entertainment, and business, with extensive experience in talent management, marketing, and executive assistance. Her skills and expertise make her a valuable asset to any team, and she continues to excel in her field.
