Kaitlyn Ouverson

Kaitlyn Ouverson is a User Experience Researcher with IBM Automation and a PhD student in Human Computer Interaction at Iowa State University.

Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction, and she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Computer Interaction.

Kaitlyn is deeply passionate about Extended Reality (XR), Trustworthy AI, and Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW).

She has a diverse professional background having worked at IBM in various roles such as Design Researcher and User Experience Researcher, as well as serving as an Engineering Intern at Boeing and contributing as a Phone Interviewer at Directions Research Corp.

Additionally, Kaitlyn has valuable experience as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at Iowa State University, where she continues to enhance her expertise in the field of Human Computer Interaction.
