Kaitlyn Flachbart

Kaitlyn Flachbart is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and a range of experiences in various organizations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor's in Social Work, both from Boise State University.

Kaitlyn has been actively involved in the community, serving as a Board Member at Alzheimer's Association - Greater Idaho Chapter, showcasing her commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Senior Account Associate at Apex Leaders, Change Management Intern at Micron Inc, and Graduate Assistant at Boise State College of Business and Economics Management Department.

Additionally, Kaitlyn has contributed to the community as a Juvenile Service Coordinator Intern at Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections and as a Dance Instructor at Elevated Dance Project, highlighting her diverse skill set and passion for helping others.

She also played a significant role as a member of the 2017 COBE Sustainability Report Team at Boise State University, demonstrating her dedication to sustainability and social responsibility in business practices.
