Kaitlyn DeBernardo

Kaitlyn DeBernardo is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and a wide range of experiences in various organizations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Columbia University. Additionally, she has completed a Summer Course in Financial Derivatives at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Kaitlyn's career includes key roles such as Partner, COO, and Head of Platform at Next Coast Ventures, where she played a significant part in the company's operations and growth strategies. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Workrise, including Head of Financial Operations, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of Operations & Strategy, SVP of Revenue, and VP of Strategy.

Before her roles at Workrise and Next Coast Ventures, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience at Chevron, where she was involved in upstream strategy, corporate finance, and participated in the MBA Development Program. She also worked at CSL Capital Management as a Private Equity Investor and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in equity sales & trading, starting as an Analyst and eventually becoming an Associate. Her internship experiences include UBS Wealth Management and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Global Markets.
