Kait Gaiss is an accomplished strategist and product leader who specializes in user research, prototyping, data analysis, and big-picture thinking. With experience in both startup and corporate environments, Kait's impressive resume includes stints at Pocket™ where she was a Staff Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Product Marketing Manager, Nest where she was a Marketing Program Manager, and True Ventures where she served as a True Entrepreneur Corps Intern. A graduate of Philips Academy and Duke University where she studied Public Policy and Management, Kait is passionate about using research and design thinking for social good.
