Kaison Tanabe

Kaison Tanabe is a growth-focused professional with a diverse educational and professional background. He has experience working in various roles such as Growth Product Manager at MasterClass, Growth consultant at KT Strategy, LLC, Managing Director at Impact Without Borders, and Head of Growth at Whooo's Reading. Kaison has studied Mathematics, Cognitive Science, and Architecture at reputable institutions such as Williams College and Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Additionally, he has completed various courses and certifications in product management, growth, and experimentation.

Kaison is a seasoned entrepreneur, having co-founded multiple companies such as LocalCycle, CereusData, and EntoBento. He has also held leadership positions in various organizations such as Startup Leadership Program, where he was Co-Program Lead for the San Diego chapter. Kaison is a former Maryland National Team Wrestler and has coached wrestling at The Potomac School.

As a Growth consultant at IDEO U, Kaison focused on acquisition, retention, and engagement. He is also passionate about social innovation and has completed a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellowship. Currently, Kaison is living in an intentional living community in Oakland, where he continues to work on growth at IDEO U.
