Kailin Smallwood is a professional with a background in Public Relations and Communications, having studied for a Bachelor's degree at the University of West Georgia. With experience in various roles at The Home Depot, including Inventory Analyst-D30 Millwork, Operations Business Analyst for Home Services, and Staffing Coordinator-Talent Acquisition, Kailin has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, operations management, and talent acquisition. Prior to this, Kailin worked in the recruitment field at Randstad and gained early experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the University of West Georgia.
