Kailas Nair is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering, strategy, and growth. He is the co-founder and chief growth officer at Plentify, a technology startup focused on providing energy-efficient solutions for households. Prior to this, Kailas served as the Vice President of North America at Vitality Group Inc, where he helped develop global strategies and spearheaded the company's growth in North America. He has also worked as the chief of staff for the group CEO at Discovery and also served as the executive head of strategy at the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

Before entering the tech industry, Kailas worked as a senior engagement manager and associate at McKinsey & Company, one of the world's most renowned consulting firms. Throughout his career, he has proved his expertise in executive leadership, team management, business development, strategy, and operations.

Kailas has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pretoria. He is a proficient multitasker, an exceptional communicator, and has a natural talent for discovering growth opportunities and innovative solutions.
