Kai Huang

Kai Huang is a Director of Investment at IP Investment Management, based in Hong Kong.1 He is responsible for originating new strategic partners, overseeing transaction underwriting, execution, asset management, marketing, and various compliance and regulatory matters.1 His portfolio includes UK student housing, build-to-rent, and hospitality assets, along with US multifamily.1

Throughout his career, Kai has closed US$929 million of real estate transactions, including direct and indirect equity investments and mezzanine debt.1 He joined IPIM in 2016 and previously held investment positions at CreditEase and Mapletree Investments in Singapore.1

Kai holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment and BA in Economics from New York University.12 He serves as a Hong Kong-based Responsible Officer and a Licensed Representative in the Singapore office.1
