Kai Frazier

Kai Frazier is an accomplished entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Kai XR, a company dedicated to enhancing classroom engagement through immersive technologies, including virtual reality (VR). She has been serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at T-Mobile since April 2021, where she focuses on advancing immersive technology within T-Mobile's Accelerator program, aimed at fostering innovation in 5G technology and applications such as augmented reality (AR) and holographic communications.13

Frazier's background includes a history degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and experience as a teacher, which inspired her to create Kai XR. Her company aims to bridge the technology gap for underserved schools by providing low-cost virtual field trips and educational resources that enhance digital literacy among students.23 Under her leadership, Kai XR has raised significant funding and partnered with various organizations to expand its reach and impact in education.34

In addition to her role at T-Mobile, Frazier has been involved with several initiatives aimed at supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and fostering social impact through technology, including her previous positions at the Kapor Center and Techstars.1
