- Manage existing EndoWrist Multi-Port and Single-Site instruments to multiple surgical specialties representing over $1 Billion dollars in annual revenue.

Product Manager - Instruments & Accessories

- Planned and executed the full product life cycle for assigned orthopedic hardware products from launch to end-of-life and minimization of cannibalization as it relates to new product introduction.
- Provided oversight of new product development through ideation, VOC, accelerated product development (APD) in collaboration with R&D, marketing launch, accountable for meeting development milestone targets.
- Conducted primary market research, both upstream and downstream, and analyzed secondary market research from defined sources to generate recommendations on assigned products.
- Developed and proposed business and marketing plans, including product strategies and tactical execution of those strategies, for assigned products using approved templates and defined processes.

•	Part of top performing region (NW) in the company for two straight years with 103% and 104% sales quota and nearly $10 million in revenue for last year.

Product Manager

•	Conducted multidisciplinary research to increase understanding of the causes and mechanism leading to brain dysfunction and degeneration.
•	Worked closely with Primary Investigators (PI), senior research scientists, engineers and technical directors on project design, execution, assay development and generation of reports and findings.
•	Helped design, develop, and create novel research processes and measurement tools, medical devices, and instruments through computer modeling, 3-D printing techniques, and CNC machining.

•	Prepared other study materials as requested by the PI. These study materials included, but were not limited to, the informed consent document, case report forms (CRFs), enrollment logs, and drug/device accountability logs.
•	Screened subjects for eligibility using protocol specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, documenting each potential participant’s eligibility or exclusion.

Bradenton Research Center

Research Assistant

•	Designed and conducted independent neurochemical research involving the accumulation and analysis of extremely large data metrics based on genomic functions involved in traumatic brain injury.
•	Participated in all phases of biomedical neuroscience research including planning, preparation, calibration, application, evaluation, data analysis, maintenance, and when necessary, appropriate disposal.
•	Became proficient in laboratory and/or biochemical assays and common analytic techniques in biomedical research such as: PCR, Western Blot, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, genotyping, cell culture, DNA microarray, and electron microscopy.
