Kabwela is the Founder of Kungula Africa, a platform aimed at addressing challenges within the food market sector. He previously served as a Kumvana Fellow with Engineers Without Borders Canada, where his contributions made a difference in promoting sustainable development.

His involvement as a Champion of Humanity at the Jesuit Centre for Leadership Development signifies his commitment to fostering positive change and leadership.
