Built a Machine Comprehension system which given a passage and a question regarding that predicts the span of the answer in the passage. Different attention mechanisms like Self Attention, Dot Attention, Transformer, BiDAF etc were implemented. Stanford's SQUAD data set was used for training the model.

Web Intelligence and Social Computing Lab

I worked on a research project on making a real-time dose engine using Collapsed Cone Convolution Algorithm and comparing its performance with other methods. My work involved implementation of the 1D version of the algorithm in MATLAB to calculate the dose. This can be easily extended to 2D or 3D. I also implemented a function to do TERMA calculations in 3D which will be required to implement the full 3D collapsed cone Algorithm.To achieve the same, I studied numerous research papers and the working of some other dose engines like MatRad.
