Kabi Gishuru

Kabi Gishuru is the Director of Strategic Programs, Talent Acquisition at Netflix, where she has been instrumental in shaping diversity recruitment initiatives. A graduate of Seattle University (class of 2008), Gishuru initially pursued a career in law but transitioned to community-based work focused on youth development.
