His marketing journey began during his graphic design apprenticeship in 1995-1999, followed by higher education in Media Production and Leadership at The Graphic Arts Institute of Denmark from 2000-2003. Over the years, Kaare has emerged as an Adobe Certified Expert adept in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and various other Adobe tools. He has also honed his skills in WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and online marketing strategies, enriching his professional portfolio.

In recent years, Kaare has delved into web development, video production, social media management, and app creation. Supported by a team of specialized professionals, he ensures a comprehensive approach to projects, leveraging existing experiences and a robust codebase for efficiency. Kaare's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Intellia in 2009, where he continues to serve as Chief Consultant, alongside his roles in multiple companies as a co-owner and facilitator.
