K. Cody Patel

K. Cody Patel is known for his tireless work as an entrepreneur, investor, and incubator in the healthcare technology industry. He is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Visionary Officer at Indus River Ventures, where he invests, acquires, and incubates entities that enable the technological transformation of healthcare. He is also the former CEO and President at Vitalus Health, a fast-growing provider of sleep and pulmonary diagnostics, therapeutics, and care management. Cody is passionate about strategic planning, partnerships, data analytics, managed care partnerships, M&A, and building an unmatched patient experience with technology.

Cody Patel is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he obtained a B.S. in Economics and a B.B.A. in Finance. He is also an active participant in the Houston community, serving on various boards and advisory committees. He serves as a board member of Life Houston, an Alumni board member of the University of St. Thomas, the founding co-chair of the Center for Science and Health Professions at the University of St. Thomas, and the President of the Board of Goswami Academy and Texas Children's Hospital Ambassador program.
