Jyotishka Saha

Jyotishka Saha is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the Travel and IT industries.

Having initially started as a Fare Loader at Amadeus in the RDM back office of Lufthansa, Jyotishka went on to have a diverse and enriching career at American Express Business Travel India. There, she transitioned from a Travel Counsellor in the ITG Sabre process to a Compliance Analyst handling various American corporate clients, eventually becoming a Business Analyst in the Global Advisory Process.

Jyotishka also has a solid foundation in IT projects, having worked at NIIT Technologies, a leading IT company in India. She engaged in various projects related to Sabre Automation before embarking on the Cathay Pacific project in Hong Kong.

With a strong educational background in Commerce from the Frank Anthony Public School and a postgraduate degree in Tourism from Delhi University, Jyotishka brings a blend of practical experience and academic knowledge to her roles.

Throughout her career, Jyotishka has held key positions at reputable organizations such as Sabre Corporation, AccessFares, Qatar Airways, British Airways, NIIT Technologies Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways, EXL Service, and American Express Business Travel, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different environments.

Her roles have ranged from Solutions Consultant and Project Manager to Senior Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Lead Analyst, Compliance Analyst, and Senior Travel Counselor, demonstrating her breadth of skills and expertise across a range of functions within the Travel and IT sectors.
