Justyna Filipczak

Justyna Filipczak is an experienced real estate professional who currently serves as the Head of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Cromwell Property Group. She was appointed to this position in 2021.13 In this role, Justyna is responsible for growing the company's business and managing the local team throughout the CEE region, which includes operations in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia.1

Justyna joined Cromwell Property Group in 2013, coming from GE Real Estate where she had previously worked.13 She initially held the position of Head of Finance for the CEE region at Cromwell. After a brief period with Multi Corporation as Regional Finance Director CEE, she returned to Cromwell in 2019.15
