Justine Reichman is an accomplished entrepreneur and communication expert with a passion for empowering the next generation of chefs. She studied High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates at UNIS and later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at American University. As the Founder of NextGenChef, Justine is pioneering a platform to connect aspiring chefs with industry leaders, resources, and opportunities. She previously served as CO Director East Bay Chapter at Founder Institute, where she helped early-stage startups with launching their businesses. Justine also worked as a Consultant/Advisor, providing strategic advice to various organizations.

Through her career, Justine has developed critical skills in communication, leadership, strategic planning, and project management. She is a creative thinker, problem solver, and community builder who enjoys working with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. Justine is an active member of the entrepreneurship community and regularly speaks at events, workshops, and webinars.
