Justine Potemkin graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and received her second Bachelor's degree in Economics from Georgetown University with a GPA of 3.98. She attended high school at The Horace Mann School.

Justine Potemkin has a wealth of experience in healthcare investment and clinical research. She is currently a Venture Capital Investor on the Healthcare team at New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Prior to that, she worked as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs and held clinical research positions at the Mount Sinai Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Justine Potemkin was also involved in various extracurricular activities including serving as President of the Brown Biotechnology Investment Group and working as a Summer Student Worker at Pfizer. Additionally, she has interned at the Guang'anmen Hospital and 西典门诊 (West Gate Neurological Disease Center) to supplement her clinical research experience. In addition to her scientific and research experience, she has also worked as a Summer Litigation Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and as a Campaign Intern at Christine Quinn for NYC Mayor.
