Justine Lee
Executive Director at Living Room Conversations, Co-Creator at Make America Dinner Again
Justine Lee is a nonprofit leader based in NYC with a background in the Bay Area. Currently serving as the executive director of Living Room Conversations, co-creator of Make America Dinner Again, and co-lead of Tea with the People, she focuses on fostering understanding across diverse groups and promoting civic engagement through small group dialogues. Committed to addressing societal disparities, Justine is deeply concerned about the widening health, wealth, and opportunity gaps, particularly in the context of accelerating climate change. She advocates for prioritizing low-income communities of color who are disproportionately affected by environmental issues. Justine is actively involved with WE ACT for Environmental Justice, supporting the Development and Communications teams as a volunteer member of the Advisory Committee. Apart from her environmental justice efforts, she is passionate about food justice, youth empowerment, and promoting accessibility. Justine holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
