Justine La

Justine La is a registered psychologist with a strong academic background, holding a Master of Psychology from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monash University.

With a passion for problem-solving and understanding complex human behaviors, Justine has honed her research skills through leading various qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Having worked across diverse settings such as primary schools, government agencies, private practice, and the employment sector, Justine has developed exceptional communication skills and a deep sense of compassion in working with individuals from various backgrounds, including vulnerable populations.

Transitioning to the field of user experience (UX), Justine currently serves as a User Researcher at accuRx, a healthtech startup in London. Here, she combines her expertise in UX and healthcare to simplify communication among patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

Throughout her professional journey, Justine has held roles such as Telehealth Psychologist, UX Consultant, Psychologist, Health Services Officer, School Counsellor, and Provisional Psychologist, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different work environments.
