Education wise, she holds an LL.L. in Civil Law with Summa cum laude honors from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Doctor of Law - JD in North American Common Law from Université de Montréal.

Previously, Justine served in various key roles at Mila - Institut québécois d'intelligence artificielle such as General Counsel & Head of AI Governance, Director of AI Governance, Director of Corporate & Legal Affairs, and Senior Legal Counsel.

She has also been part of the boards of notable organizations including Front Row Ventures, Canadian Technology Law Association, and AInBC, showcasing her leadership and dedication to the tech and legal sectors.
