Justine Chao

Justine Chao is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background in politics and Chinese literature from Dartmouth College.

She has held several key positions at Alibaba Group, a global leader in e-commerce and technology, showcasing her expertise in corporate affairs, strategy, planning, business development, public relations, and translation.

Justine's roles at Alibaba include Senior Director of International Corporate Affairs, Senior Director for the APAC region, Director for North America focusing on fashion and luxury on Tmall platform, and Director in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.

Her experience also includes managing strategy and planning for corporate communications in North America, business development and merchant services for Tmall, international public relations for Taobao, and translation services within the International Corporate Affairs division.

Prior to her tenure at Alibaba, Justine Chao served as a Member Relations Manager for Asia at the Clinton Global Initiative, demonstrating her commitment to global initiatives and partnerships.
