Justin Zack is an experienced project leader and product thinker with a mission to create meaningful change for the people he serves. With over ten years of experience working with start-ups and scale-ups, Justin's expertise lies in product development and management, industrial engineering, business, and health systems management. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering, Business, Health Systems, and a BS in Industrial Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology. Justin's professional journey began as a graduate research assistant at Medical Management Associates, where he developed his research and analytical skills. He worked in different roles at upwave.com - Turner Broadcasting, from business analyst, senior project manager to Director of Program Management and Director Product Programs, where he developed expertise in product development and program management. He also worked as an Implementation Consultant at Per-Se Technologies and as an Associate Consultant at Medical Management Associates, where he developed his skills in consultancy and industry analysis. Currently, Justin serves as the Manager of Project Management at MailChimp, where he applies his expertise in project management and product development, creating lines between dots and finesse to the mess to help clients solve problems in meaningful ways for humans.
