Justin Wilcoxen is a seasoned information technology professional with nineteen years of experience encompassing various aspects of the project life cycle. His expertise includes requirement analysis, database design, architecture analysis and design, development, testing, and deployment using a range of software technologies and tools. Justin is well-versed in agile development, serving as a technical lead and architect.
