Justin Vandenbroeck is a dedicated servant-leader with a strong focus on renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, and international development. He holds a degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Florida State University.

Throughout his career, Justin has been actively involved in various organizations and roles within the renewable energy sector. He has served on the Advisory Board at the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) and the University of Central Florida, as well as Vice President at the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FLASEIA). He has also held positions such as Vice President of Development at Renergetica S.p.A., Senior Project Developer at ESA Renewables, and Director of Strategic Development at Tallahassee Sustainability Group.

Justin's commitment to sustainable practices extends beyond just the energy sector. He has contributed to regenerative agriculture initiatives through involvement with Engineers Without Borders USA and IDEAS For Us. Furthermore, his international development work includes positions like being an Advisory Board member at UNHCR and participating in the Renewable Energy Leadership Development Program (RELDP) at SunEdison.

His educational background, coupled with a diverse array of experiences ranging from being an Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE) Intern at the U.S. Department of Energy to a Research Assistant at Florida State University, has equipped Justin with a multifaceted skill set and deep industry knowledge.
