Justin Testerman

Justin Testerman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, public policy, and nonprofit leadership.

He holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in History from Miami University.

Justin currently serves as the Executive Director of Autonomous Schools Partnerships at Instruction Partners, where he leads initiatives to support autonomous schools.

Previously, he was the Co-CEO of Project Renaissance in Nashville and held leadership roles as the Chief Operating Officer at the Tennessee Charter School Center and Tennessee Charter School Incubator.

His experience also includes serving as the Division Director of Education Programs at Volunteers of America of Minnesota and leading the Charter School Authorizing Program.

Before his executive roles, Justin worked as an Education Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Education and as a Classroom Teacher at Newark Public Schools.

He also participated in Teach For America as a Corps Member, demonstrating his commitment to education and community service.
