Justin Tan

Justin Tan is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Environmental Economics and Policies. He is described as a self-motivated, competitive individual with excellent work ethic, strong organizational and leadership skills.

Aside from academics, Justin enjoys sports, community service, video games, and traveling. His interests in sports have taught him the value of teamwork and communication. Community service has provided him with a sense of humility and appreciation for giving back. Traveling has broadened his perspective and exposed him to diverse cultures.

Justin founded Excelerate Gaming, a company born out of his passion for gaming, where he gained valuable soft skills and entrepreneurial experience. He is seeking opportunities to further his learning, develop leadership skills, network, and pursue a career in business and finance, with aspirations for an MBA in the future.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Justin has held various roles including Business Development Coordinator at Unify Consulting, Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Roosevelt High School, CEO at Team Elevate, Operations Analyst at Certain Lending, and Chief Strategy Officer at Team Elevate, among others.

He has also been involved in multiple organizations and roles, such as his positions at UC Berkeley clubs and initiatives, including roles at Pi Sigma Epsilon, Zeta Chi Chapter, and Rotaract. Justin's diverse experiences have equipped him with a range of skills and knowledge across different fields.
