Justin Straight

Justin Straight is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in business development and operations across the private and multinational sectors. He is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of LoanWell.com, a loan origination platform for community banks, credit unions, CDFIs, and loan funds. Justin was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Thriving Cities Group, where he developed and implemented a next-generation data platform for cities to increase social impact investments.

Justin's expertise includes effective strategic planning, team management, and building productive partnerships across different stakeholders of a company. He has acute interpersonal skills that help him connect with clients and stakeholders on a deeper level. Justin has also served as the Regional Director of private sector microfinance banks in Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.

Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Flagler College. He has served on the board of advisors for different organizations, including SAVE THE DEVIL (feature documentary), DurhamCares, and Hackstarter.
