Prior to joining VitalSmarts, he worked as a General Manager at Hallis, where he managed a team of recruiters and delivered innovative solutions to diverse clients.

Justin's expertise includes executive search, talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management. He is passionate about helping organizations achieve new levels of performance by improving employee behavior through effective communication, accountability, and productivity. As a Senior Associate at VitalSmarts Australia/New Zealand, he is responsible for identifying new clients and supporting them in meeting their learning and development needs.

Justin's background also includes founding and managing several businesses, including Carousell Pty Ltd, a professional services firm that provides executive search and staffing solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is an experienced public speaker and facilitator.
