Prior to his current role, Justin served as a Partner at General Catalyst Partners, showcasing his leadership capabilities and expertise in investment management.

He also held significant positions at other renowned organizations, including Thomas H. Lee Partners, Coatue Management, and TA Associates, where he contributed his analytical skills and financial insights.

Justin's dedication to education and community involvement is evident through his past role as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School, highlighting his commitment to social responsibility.
