Justin Quan

Justin Quan is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience in finance transformation and operational leadership. Currently, he serves as the Director of Advisory - Finance Transformation at Grant Thornton LLP in the United States. His expertise encompasses process re-engineering and leveraging technology to enhance financial operations, which includes areas such as record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (OTC), treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and reporting.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Justin worked in management consulting, where he assisted finance leaders in redesigning finance processes, preparing for IPOs, integrating acquisitions, and conducting finance assessments. His background also includes significant roles in industry, where he managed finance operations and led teams in various sectors, including technology and healthcare. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in Business-Economics from UCLA.
