Justin Pica's professional experiences include serving as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Division of Trading and Markets at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Before that, he worked as Director of Product Management for Market Transparency at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and as the Director of Uniform Practice Policy, also at the MSRB.
