Justin Morales is a UX/Product Designer based in Los Angeles with a passion for applying human centered design methodologies to build an experience that simplifies processes and increases efficiency for both the user and business. Originality is a staple in his creative process, backed by years of being a thought leader and mentor within the UX Design community. Justin's experience in this field is extensive and diverse. He has worked as a UX Writer and Instructional Associate at Adobe and General Assembly, respectively, and as a UX designer at BQE Software, ESL Authority, and winosaurus. Moreover, during his tenure at BQE, he was promoted to Lead UX Designer, wherein he currently specializes in designing their main product, CORE, a B2B SaaS company specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. In his free time, Justin works as a teacher and mentor helping those seeking to transition into UX design. Possessing a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Finance, General from the University of Colorado, Justin's abilities are not only exemplary but also well-rounded as he is proficient in several tools, including Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Principle, Trello, Zeplin, Photoshop, Lightroom, Real Time Board, Keynote, Powerpoint, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, HTML, and CSS.
