Justin Mirro is a highly experienced capital provider to the automotive and industrial companies. With a solid educational foundation and more than 25 years of expertise, Justin is an expert in representing owners, boards, and managements of both private and public entities in capital raising, M&A, and restructurings. Justin studied MBA in Finance at NYU Stern School of Business and BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan. He began his career as an engineer at General Motors and Toyota, and went on to hold C-Suite positions at various automotive organizations, including PurePower Technologies and Cooper Standard. He has also spent significant time working in investment banking at firms such as RBC Capital Markets, Jefferies, and Moelis & Company, where he was responsible for leading their automotive groups.

Most recently, Justin serves as the Chairman and CEO of Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. (KCAC.U), and is a Former Board Member for QuantumScape, Transtar Industries, and Cooper Standard. He is also a former Founder and Publisher at The Motor Weekly, demonstrating his passion for the automotive industry.
