Justin Mills

Justin Mills is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in general management, programme management, customer account management, operations management, and aerospace engineering. He holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.

With over a decade of experience at Rolls-Royce, Mr. Mills has held various senior roles, including Vice President, Product Development Executive, Deputy Programme Executive, Supply Chain Operations Manager, Customer Manager, Production Leader, and Engineering Leadership Graduate Scheme. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Mr. Mills worked as an R&D Engineer and Project Manager at Calder Ltd.

Mr. Mills brings expertise in product development, supply chain, and customer service to his role at Rolls-Royce, where he oversees engine deliveries and aftermarket services.
