With his background in computer software engineering and business administration, Justin has grown to become a respected figure in the engineering and creative industries. He has held prominent roles such as Chief Technology Officer at ScaleThat, Chief Technology Officer at Qualifyed, and Director of Product & Technology at BOXT, to mention a few.

Throughout his career, Justin has also worked as a Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Web Developer, Ruby on Rails Developer, and General Manager in different organizations. Justin is a co-founder and Founder of Crossover Collectibles and SuperDupr, respectively. He is an accomplished speaker, creator, and consultant with a wealth of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Justin is passionate about partnering with leaders and organizations to create KPI measurements and implement the correct analytics to track success, from strategy to development. He architected a multi-level marketing e-commerce platform for a direct-to-consumer subscription service recently.

When he is not hard at work, Justin enjoys hunting down a good coffee shop or planning his next trip to the mountains. Justin is a Texas State University alumni with a degree in Business Administration and Management and Marketing under his belt. He also studied Computer Software Engineering at The Iron Yard.
