Justin Mak

Justin Mak is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the legal, financial, and investment sectors.

He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School, where he also pursued a BA in European History at Columbia University. Prior to his higher education, Justin studied at Taft School.

Throughout his career, Justin Mak has held prominent roles in various organizations. He was a Kauffman Fellow in Class 28 at Kauffman Fellows and served as the Managing Partner at Shanda Capital while also holding the position of Executive Director - Legal at Shanda Group. Additionally, he worked as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Shearman & Sterling LLP and gained valuable experience as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Justin Mak's professional journey also includes serving as an Executive Director - Legal at Shanda Group, an Analyst at DLJ Strategic Partners, L.P., and a Summer Analyst in Equities Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs during his college years.
