Justin Lyons

Justin Lyons is a professional with extensive experience in social impact organizations. He worked at Change.org from 2014 to 2022, starting as an Associate Campaigns Director and progressing to the role of Managing Director of People Programs.3 During his time at Change.org, he also held the position of Senior Director of People & Inclusion.1

Currently, Justin Lyons serves as the Chief of Staff at CODE2040, an organization focused on racial equity in the tech industry.34 He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.4
