Program Manager at Greater Tucson Leadership
Justin Lukasewicz is a highly experienced professional in the field of education and leadership, originally from Pennsylvania and currently based in Tucson. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Misericordia University and a Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Arizona.
With over a decade of experience in large public universities, Justin has worked in various roles within Residence Life. His responsibilities included overseeing student groups, supervising staff, managing hiring processes, and leading the training and development of over 500 students and staff annually.
Currently, Justin serves as the Program Manager at Greater Tucson Leadership, where he manages programs and develops leadership curriculum. Additionally, he is the Owner and Executive Producer of Tucson Improv Movement, a successful improv comedy theater in Tucson's Fourth Avenue District.
At Tucson Improv Movement, Justin teaches, coaches, and performs improv comedy. Under his leadership, the theater has grown to include over 70 company members and has graduated more than 500 students from its comedy school.
