Justin Lewis, originally from Michigan, is a former Marine Corps Infantry Sergeant known for his service in embassy security and helicopter rescue missions worldwide, including the rescue of Captain Scott O'Grady in Bosnia in 1995, a story immortalized in the movie 'Behind Enemy Lines.'
Post his military career, Justin transitioned into web design and development, teaching himself languages like HTML. He co-founded Instrument in 2006, which later merged with another business to become a leading digital agency focused on values-based and democratic leadership.
Currently, Justin serves as the Chair of Constellation, responsibly managing a portfolio of seven top-tier agencies, aiming for operational and strategic excellence. Apart from his professional commitments, Justin enjoys family time and participates in dirt bike riding and racing, with notable achievements like surviving the Red Bull Romaniacs event in 2015.
His educational background includes studying Marketing at Champlain College, while his organizational involvements span roles from former Full-time Parenting during a career break to former Co-Owner of See See KTM of Portland.
