Justin Kuntz is a seasoned designer, entrepreneur, teacher, and researcher with a diverse skill set. He excels in utilizing human-centered design and agile methodologies to create exceptional user experiences. With a track record of successfully leading teams in delivering innovative products that meet business goals and drive revenue growth.

His expertise encompasses UX/UI design, prototyping, design sprints, design systems, brand strategy, typography, illustration, art direction, project management, and business development. Justin is well-versed in agile, scrum, and kanban methodologies, fostering innovation, ideation, and strategic thinking. He is relentless in seeking improvement and has an insatiable appetite for learning.

Justin pursued a BFA in Graphic Design & Illustration at Boise State University, an AA in Liberal Arts at the College of Southern Idaho, and studied Architecture at the University of Idaho. He has held key roles in prestigious organizations, including Senior Manager in UX Design & Research Strategy and Creative Technology Director, Global XD at Ford Motor Company. Justin has also served as EVP Product at SafeAccess, Co-Founder at Sprowt, and Adjunct Faculty at Boise State University, among other notable positions.
